Camila Lecaros

Camila Lecaros is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impact investing and entrepreneurship development. Currently serving as an investment committee member for Promotora Social México since December 2022, Camila also holds a position as an independent investment committee member at ACV_VC, the corporate venture capital of Arca Continental. Previously, Camila was the Managing Director of MassChallenge's program in Mexico City from February 2016 to July 2023, and served as a Partner at Nazca Ventures, which focuses on supporting Latin American entrepreneurs. With a background in outreach and entrepreneurship program management as the Outreach Director at Endeavor Colombia, and earlier roles as a consultant and associate, Camila has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering high-potential ecosystems in the region. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, alongside degrees in Modern and Contemporary Art History and Industrial Engineering from prestigious universities.
