Angélica Matsuda Matayoshi

Amanda Ng is an experienced operations analyst currently employed at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, and has held various roles at The Walt Disney Company since March 2019. As Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator, Amanda oversees daily operations and leads a team of over 100 Cast Members at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, fostering a strong teamwork culture. Previous experience includes supporting operations integration as an intern at Disney Cruise Line and managing logistics for large-scale events as a Competition Coordinator. Amanda began their career at The Walt Disney Company through the Disney College Program and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
