Rocio Chavez

Rocio Chavez is an experienced IT professional specializing in database administration and technical support. Currently serving as an Oracle DBA at Promperu since February 2017, Rocio is responsible for managing Oracle database servers and Weblogic application servers, as well as proposing information security policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Rocio worked at Oracle from September 2009 to July 2015 as a Support Technical Engineer, addressing global customer issues related to Oracle products. Rocio's earlier experience includes functional analysis at Cencosud S.A., and Java development at Penta Security and almacenesparis.com, where responsibilities encompassed requirements gathering, system analysis, development, and quality assurance. Rocio holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
