Nikolay Vasilev

Nikolay Vasilev is an experienced database administrator and system administrator with extensive expertise in Oracle technologies. As the Lead Oracle DBA at Experian since November 2014, responsibilities include supporting production Oracle RAC databases, performance monitoring, SQL tuning, and administering security patches. Previously, at Groupama from September 2009 to November 2014, Nikolay managed production 24/7 Oracle databases, disaster recovery planning, and collaborated with developers. Earlier roles included system administration and VoIP solutions deployment at Speednet.bg, LTD, where skills in server administration and network communication were developed. Nikolay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Wood Science from the University of Forestry in Sofia.
