Sandy Diao

Sandy Diao is a faculty member at UC Berkeley College of Engineering, teaching Growth Marketing for Aspiring Entrepreneurs, and a lecturer at Stanford Continuing Studies, co-teaching a course on startup creation and growth. As a partner at Reforge and founder of Drift International, Sandy Diao advises startups on traction, scaling, and growth strategies. Additional roles include serving on the board of advisors for DECODE and Prompt Inversion AI, as well as being an investor and advisor for multiple companies such as IOVC, FlowGPT, and AnswersAi. Sandy Diao holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and has furthered education through various programs, including at the Haas School of Business.
