Roman Pakholkov has extensive work experience in the electronics design industry. Roman is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Promwad, an electronics design house where they have been working since 2004. Prior to their current role, they were the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Founder & CEO of Promwad. During their time at Promwad, they successfully led a team in designing innovative electronic devices and embedded systems for the global market. Before joining Promwad, Roman worked at the Institute of Information Technology where they began their career as an engineer and eventually became the Chief of Product Development Unit. During their time there, they proposed the creation of a universal measuring platform and built a new engineering team for the project. In addition to their work at Promwad, Roman is also the Founder & Mentor of Bridgio Accelerator, a hardware accelerator in Lithuania, where they help engineering teams grow into successful companies.
Roman Pakholkov has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics design from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Roman then pursued an MBA in Management and Economics from European Humanities University between the years 2001 and 2003. Later in 2012, they pursued a degree in DYB from Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, specializing in Management.
