Alexandra Grijalva

Alexandra Grijalva possesses over a decade of extensive experience in corporate strategy and growth within the agriculture sector, currently serving as the Senior Growth and Transformation Manager at Pronaca since May 2010. Key responsibilities include leading project management for corporate strategy initiatives, overseeing due diligence processes, and defining investment and divestment strategies. Alexandra has effectively coordinated strategic plans and teams, developed business analysis frameworks, and contributed to the execution of multi-year plans, particularly in the poultry sector. Prior roles include public policy analysis at the Ministry Coordinador de la Producción, Empleo y Competitividad and consultancy in agribusiness with the Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura.
