Pablo Egas

Pablo Egas is an experienced professional in the agroindustrial sector with a strong background in production management and quality analysis. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Pronaca since September 2006, Pablo has previously held leadership roles in production at Piggy's, Hanaska, and GENERAL SNACK. Additionally, earlier experience includes positions as an Assistant in production at Grupo Oro and a Quality Analyst at FRITO LAY. Pablo holds a Master's degree in Agroindustrial Production Management and an Engineering degree in Food Science from Universidad Técnica de Ambato, as well as a Marketing Technology degree from American Junior College.
