Danielle Lord

Danielle Lord, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational consulting. As a Business Development Consultant at ProNexus Advisory since November 2023, Danielle leads efforts within a network of independent healthcare consultants. Danielle serves as Principal Owner of Daphen Enterprise, LLC, a holding company that encompasses a lifestyle blog focused on vintage items and a development initiative aimed at enhancing small business leadership. Previous roles include Sr. Leadership & Learning Consultant at the Port of Seattle, Chief Learning Officer at the WA State Department of Enterprise Services, and Faculty Consultant at Brandman University, where a Socratic methodology was employed to instruct graduate students. With a significant tenure at Providence Health & Services, Danielle developed large-scale strategic initiatives across a complex organization, managing organizational change that affected thousands of employees.
