Lisa Hageman

Lisa Hageman serves as a Governing Board Member at Pronghorn, a business focused on nurturing Black entrepreneurship in the Spirits industry, since May 2021. Hageman holds the position of General Counsel for Diageo North America, overseeing legal and compliance operations in the region. Previous roles at Diageo include SVP & Assistant General Counsel for Global M&A and VP & Assistant General Counsel for Global M&A, where responsibilities encompassed strategic transactions and corporate governance. Hageman is also a member of the Advisory Board at Distill Ventures, an independent drinks accelerator for underrepresented founders. Earlier legal experience includes positions at Proskauer Rose LLP, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and a clerkship for Justice Randy Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court. Hageman earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
