Mercè Ordóñez Manent

Mercè Ordóñez Manent has over 30 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Mercè is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at PronoKal Group since September 2021. Previously, they worked at Ferrovial Servicios for a significant period from 2001 to 2021. During their time there, they held various roles, including Head of Information Technology, where they were involved in digital transformation projects and organizational integration. Mercè also served as the Systems Manager, overseeing project development and business initiatives. Additionally, they had responsibilities as the HR Systems Manager, leading the implementation of methodologies and SAP HCM. Prior to that, they worked at Capgemini for several years, working as a Manager of HR Solutions, Business Unit Manager, SAP HR Consultant, and Systems Analyst. In these roles, they gained expertise in directing projects, managing teams, and developing business solutions using SAP HR and other software. Mercè Ordóñez Manent earned their Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, completing their studies from 1983 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Universitat Ramon Llull, which they obtained from 1994 to 1995.
