Christine Wendell

Christine Wendell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christine is currently working as the Co-Founder and CEO of Pronto Housing since July 2020. In 2022, they joined Dure Investment Group as a Principal and is responsible for managing various investments.

Before that, Christine was an ODF8 Fellow at On Deck from January 2021 to April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Megalith Capital Management as part of their Asset Management and Acquisitions team from April 2019 to December 2019.

Christine also has experience in development asset management, as they worked at RXR Realty from November 2017 to April 2019. Early in their career, they served as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank from July 2011 to February 2015.

Christine Wendell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Real Estate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English at Kenyon College. Christine also obtained their High School Diploma from Menlo School. In addition to their formal education, Christine has earned certifications in Tax Credit Specialist and Fair Housing Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management, which they obtained in October 2020 and August 2021, respectively.
