KC Crosby

KC Crosby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked at Johnson & Johnson Corporate as a Global Operations Leadership Development Program Associate until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they held managerial positions at Fidelus Technologies, first as an Internal Project Manager/Operations Manager and later as the Manager of Project Management. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Associate at Ackman-Ziff. In 2014, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Investors department, where they managed a portfolio of $540M. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Associate at Spear Street Capital. In 2018, they became the Owner of The Beach House Boutique Hotel, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Co-Founder & COO of Pronto Housing, a position they have held since 2021.
