Richard Cribbs

Richard Cribbs has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Richard is currently serving as the EVP & Chief Financial Officer at ProNvest, Inc., a company that specializes in wealth-tech platforms for managed retirement accounts and financial wellness. Prior to their current role, Cribbs worked at Covenant Transportation Group as the EVP & Chief Financial Officer for a period of 14 years. Richard also had a successful tenure as the CFO at Modern Industries and as a Financial Manager at Shaw Industries. Cribbs started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen, where they gained valuable experience in auditing.

Richard Cribbs began their education in 1989 at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
