Jeff Reed is currently working at Proofpoint as the VP, Associate General Counsel, Product since November 2015. Prior to this, Jeff held positions at PMC-Sierra as Director of Legal Affairs from November 2013 to October 2015, and at SAP as Senior IP Counsel from January 2008 to October 2013. Jeff also worked at Business Objects as a Licensing Attorney from May 2000 to December 2007, at USWeb as an Attorney from July 1999 to April 2000, and at BMC Software as a Senior Contracts Negotiator from November 1996 to July 1999. Jeff holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in English from UCLA.
