Kyle Cucci

Kyle Cucci is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in threat analysis, malware research, and security engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Threat Researcher at Proofpoint, Kyle focuses on reverse engineering malware to enhance detection capabilities against advanced cyber threats. Previously, Kyle held key roles at Deutsche Bank, including Head of Advanced Threat Analysis & Investigations, where leadership of a global team addressed complex cybersecurity challenges. Earlier positions included Security Engineering Lead at Continental, Lead Penetration Tester at General Motors, and IT Support Analyst at The New York Times, along with experience as an IT Consultant and Tactical Networks Specialist in the United States Marine Corps. Kyle holds a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
