Saher Naumaan

Saher Naumaan is a Senior Threat Researcher at Proofpoint, where they focus on cybersecurity threats. Previously, they held various roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, culminating as a Principal Threat Intelligence Analyst. Saher has also advised at the Pakistan Permanent Mission to the United Nations and worked as a consultant for VEGA. They gained research experience as a Research Assistant at both the Middle East Institute and Project Alpha at the Center for Science and Security Studies, and contributed to War on the Rocks as an Editorial Assistant. Saher earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Development Studies from McGill University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Intelligence and International Security from King's College London.
