Anna Ponchon is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in project management and customer success. Currently serving as Chef de projet at ProovStation since June 2022, Anna has previously held roles as a Customer Success Representative at ELIS, where responsibilities included supporting user adoption of traceability solutions and developing international deployment strategies. Prior experience includes positions as a User Success Assistant at Tikaway, Trade Coordinator at FACCI, and various roles involving market research and translation assistance. Anna holds a Global Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from emlyon business school and holds degrees in management from MADE iN Sainte-Marie Lyon and Coventry University.
