Welcome to Prop247 – the future of lettings and property management.

Ever wished property management involved less paperwork and fewer headaches — and more reliable, effortless results? That’s exactly why we built Prop247.

Prop247 isn’t just another letting agency. We’re a tech-driven property management platform, designed for modern landlords and discerning tenants who expect transparency, efficiency and control.

Our approach combines intelligent automation for the everyday tasks with experienced property professionals where human judgement really matters. The result? Seamless, round-the-clock management that protects property investments and improves the tenant experience.

All of this is delivered for a fully inclusive 7.5% + VAT management fee, with no hidden extras for inventories, check-ins, check-outs or routine services.

The only additional cost is a £250 + VAT marketing fee, applied only when a property is marketed for a new tenant.
