Joe Ickes

Joe Ickes is the Director of UX at Propane. Joe has over 8 years of experience in the industry and has worked with some of the biggest names in the business. Prior to Propane, Joe was the UX Lead Consultant at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the UX Manager at Hileman Group. Joe has also held positions as a Senior UX Designer and UX Designer. In 2013, they started their career as an Interactive Designer at Flying cork media. Joe is a highly skilled and experienced designer who has a deep understanding of user experience and how to create products that people love to use.

Joe Ickes has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Akron, as well as a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Myers School of Art, also at The University of Akron. Joe also has an Associate's degree from Lakeland Community College.

Joe Ickes reports to Neil Chaudhari, Co-Founder, Chief Experience Officer. They are on a team with Olga Saunin - Director of Technology, Lilu Odedra - Co-Founder, Operations Director, and Tom DeSpain - COO.
