Guillaume Pluntz is a Senior Investment Officer in the Energy & Infrastructure division of PROPARCO, a subsidiary of AFD. Previously, Guillaume has worked in various investment roles in infrastructure, water & sanitation, and mobility industries. Guillaume has experience in conducting project finance transactions in developing countries and Eastern Europe, focusing on renewable energy, infrastructure, and agribusiness projects. Guillaume has also been involved in equity investments and venture capital in the mobility industry. Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Economics & Finance and an Advanced Master in Strategy & Management of International Business.
