Mounira El Kalai Penedo

Mounira El Kalai Penedo started their work experience in 2010 as a Senior Associate Lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Proparco as a Senior Legal Advisor and later became a Principal Counsel in April 2020.

Mounira El Kalai Penedo completed their education from EFB with a CAPA degree in Droit in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Economie & Droit with a specialization in China from Sciences Po Lyon in 2009. Additionally, they completed a Master 2 (M2) in Droit bancaire, des affaires, de la finance et des valeurs mobilières from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2007.
