Natalie Aubinaud

Natalie Aubinaud serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Head of Legal Banking and Corporate Finance at PROPARCO since October 2019. In addition, Natalie has been a Senior Legal Counsel in Project Finance & Capital Markets with Agence Française de Développement since March 2013, providing guidance on various financing operations domestically and internationally, particularly regarding loans, grants, and capital markets. Previous experience includes roles as Legal Counsel in Corporate and Finance at Groupe PSA, focusing on financial and corporate contracts, and as Legal Counsel in Banking and Finance at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., advising on banking products. Early career experience includes legal counsel in finance at EDF. Natalie holds multiple law degrees from prestigious institutions, including ESCP Business School, Université Paris Cité, and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, alongside passing the Paris Bar Exam.
