Olivier Luc

Olivier Luc currently serves as the Head of the Group Risk Department at AFD - Agence Française de Développement since August 2023. With a significant tenure at PROPARCO starting in September 2013, Olivier holds multiple roles including Head of Risk Department, Deputy COO, and Regional Representative for North Africa. Prior experience includes positions at AFD from October 2007 to August 2013, where Olivier was the Deputy Director of Financial Engineering and held a financing role. Additional experience in the finance sector includes working in securitization at Calyon from 2000 to 2007 and as a financial engineer at Allianz Group and AGF Assurances Financières between 1998 and 2000. Educational background includes a degree in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po (1998) and a degree as an Engineer Economist from CentraleSupélec (1997).
