Samantha Salese

Samantha Salese has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Samantha began their career in 2006 as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection at NovaQuest Serviços Financeiros. Samantha then progressed to the role of Coordinator of Development Organizational and later became the Manager of Human Resources, where they were responsible for overseeing all HR subsystems and achieving certifications for quality. In 2011, Samantha joined Contax as a Training and Development Coordinator, where they successfully coordinated a team and achieved excellent results in terms of employee turnover and absenteeism. Samantha then moved on to become a Manager of Human Resources at Call Tecnologia in 2013, where they managed various HR processes, implemented quality of work life programs, and contributed strategically to the business. From 2014 to 2020, Samantha worked as an HR Business Partner at Grupo DASA, where they focused on developing and engaging employees, managing key performance indicators, and collaborating with different business areas. Most recently, they have worked as the Head of People and Management at Propay S.A since February 2021, where they have been responsible for strengthening the organizational culture, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing training programs. Samantha's extensive experience in various HR roles showcases their expertise in managing people and driving organizational success.

Samantha Salese's education history includes an Especialização em Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which was obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Graduação in Psicologia from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2003 to 2007.
