The People Operations team at Propel is dedicated to cultivating a highly effective and engaged workforce. Led by the Head Of People, the team, which includes a Senior Tech Recruiter and a Talent Analyst, focuses on recruiting world-class tech talent from emerging markets, particularly Africa. They manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, analyze workforce data to guide strategic decisions, and ensure that employees are well-supported through various community and professional development initiatives.
