Patty D.

Patty D. currently serves as the Chief Program Officer at Propel America, overseeing the vision and implementation of fellowship programs aimed at training over 1,000 students for advanced degrees and careers in healthcare. Previously, as the Chief Impact Officer at OneGoal, Patty D. led initiatives to scale the organization’s model for student success. In prior roles, Patty D. was the Executive Director for OneGoal in Massachusetts, where efforts focused on improving college graduation rates for low-income students. Patty D. also directed the Education & Outreach for the Strategic Data Project at Harvard University and provided coaching and support in data-driven instruction within the NYC Department of Education. Patty D. holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from New York University, along with degrees from Columbia University and Cornell University.
