Propel ATL
Rebecca Serna, currently the Executive Director at Propel ATL, has an extensive background in urban policy and planning. Rebecca has previously held positions such as Board Member at Citizens for Progressive Transit and Consultant at Annie E. Casey Foundation. Rebecca also completed a Fulbright Fellowship in Bogota, Colombia focused on participatory planning in transportation. Their education includes a BS in Anthropology from The University of Georgia and MS degrees in Planning and Economic Development and Urban Policy from Georgia State University.
