CEO and Founder at Propel Fuels

Rob Elam began their career in 1994 as a Project Lead at 3M. In 1998, they moved to Fluent Communications, MRM/McCann Worldgroup as a Project Lead & Business Development. In 2001, they founded brand, marketing and data/tech firm FORM Communications and served as Managing Partner. In 2004, they founded Propel Fuels and served as CEO and Founder. In 2010, they joined the Board of Directors for Native Fish Society and the Board of Advisors for The Flyfish Journal / Funny Feelings, LLC. In 2013, they became an Advisor for Dropcountr. In 2014, they joined the California LCFS Advisory Committee for the California Air Resources Board. Since 2010, Rob has taken a break from day-to-day leadership of Propel Fuels, but returned to the company as CEO in January 2014 and restructured the company into profitability as the leading low carbon retail brand in North America.

Rob Elam attended Hamline University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Cultural Anthropology, with a minor in English Literature.
