Ryan Davis has worked in the IT industry since 2001. Ryan started their career at River Oak Center for Children as an IT Technician, where they monitored and maintained servers and phone systems at multiple sites, provided help desk support, and troubleshot computer issues. In 2004, they moved on to CAHP Credit Union as a Network Administrator, where they installed and configured new servers, maintained top performance of computers, networking equipment and operating systems, and performed network security maintenance and testing. In 2005, they took a job at Sacramento Children's Home as a Network Administrator, where they managed and maintained all computers systems, servers, phone systems and equipment at multiple sites, monitored backups, and provided technical support and training for 300 employees. In 2008, they joined Porter Scott as a Senior Network Administrator, where they managed and maintained 115 computer systems and 12 servers, troubleshot various legal software, and managed and supported the company's WorldDox document management system. In 2014, they joined Terrapin Technology Group as a Technical Engineer, where they effectively managed all IT system components for multiple legal and healthcare clients to ensure system stability, provided advice and solutions for clients, and performed network audits, support for various document management systems, terminal service and Citrix environment support. In 2015, they moved on to Propel Fuels as an IT Manager, where they deployed and maintained Windows and Linux based servers in a clustered Hyper-V environment, deployed and maintained Cisco based LAN, WAN, VPN, managed AD, GPO, Windows and OS X based user computers, office printers/copiers, and mobile devices.

Ryan Davis attended ITT Technical Institute from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Security Systems.
