Keshiv Kaushal is an accomplished impact investing professional with extensive experience in managing and developing community-focused investment initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Impact Investing at Propel Impact since October 2022, Keshiv oversees the Impact Investing Fellowship and supports multiple youth-led investment funds across Canada. Previously, as an Economic Development Strategist with the County of Lennox and Addington, Keshiv devised innovative programs for sustainable agriculture and created strategies to attract commercial investment. Additionally, Keshiv has worked with Social Venture Connexion, the Kingston Propel Impact Fund, and the Queen's Social Investment Initiative, demonstrating a strong commitment to social finance, community growth, and environmental sustainability. Keshiv holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Queen's University.
