Dhruvil Gandhi

Dhruvil Gandhi is a Software Engineer Full Stack at Propel PRM since 2022. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Mentor at NYC Design Factory, coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams from Porto Design Factory, Warsaw Design Factory, and NYC Design Factory in innovation and product development using the process of Design Thinking. Dhruvil also conducted product design hackathons with Design Factory Global Network (Rat Relay). In 2017, they were an Adjunct Professor at Pace University, teaching Web-design for Non-Profit Organizations, Product Development Project to graduate and undergraduate students, and advising undergraduate students for CS Independent study and honors thesis. Dhruvil was also a Graduate Assistant at Pace University. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Principal Engineer at Love Stories TV, responsible for application architecture and infrastructure, DevOps, Django API development and enhancement, and React and NextJS-based frontend. In 2016, they were the Product Developer and Engineer at Medmeme, LLC, where they led part of product development for a pharmaceutical data analytics product from discovery phase to design phase, and part of planning and design of modernizing legacy products to increase usability and user retention of the product. In 2017, they founded Innolitt LLC, where they worked with clients from different industries on product design and development, digital marketing, project management, product management, timeline management, and building new relationships with prospective clients. In 2015, they were a Developer at Pace University, where they developed PHP app to simulate the business environment, deployed it on cloud VPS & managed its Security, designed and developed reporting application for Sexual Harassment at Pace University, and developed a web app for user management and content for Summer Coding Camp. Dhruvil was also a Graduate Assistant, Student Aide, and Student Assistant at Pace University. In 2015, they were the Product Innovation Project - Lead Developer at Infineon Technologies, where they researched, developed, and tested a pre-market product by Infineon for the transportation industry in collaboration with a cross-functional team in Austria, and used the process of design thinking to ideate and innovate new use case scenarios.

Dhruvil Gandhi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Pace University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computers Science & Engineering from Nagpur University. Dhruvil also holds a certification in Webcomponent Development in Java from NIIT Limited, obtained in March 2013.
