Susan Kain

Susan Kain, CAWC, AIC, has extensive experience in property management and workers’ compensation. Currently serving as the Workers’ Compensation Manager at Propel HR since March 2016, Susan previously held the position of Property Manager at SSK Property Management from August 2010, specializing in the care of residential and commercial properties. With a background in insurance since 1988, Susan was a Producer at Penny Insurance Agency from February 2011 to 2016, focusing on commercial insurance. Earlier in Susan's career, roles included Education Assistant at Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site and Senior Account Executive at PARTNERS National Health Plans of North Carolina. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development/Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
