Angelique Rodgers

Angelique Rodgers, MPA, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in communications, enrollment management, and non-profit leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Enrollment at Propel Schools since June 2025, Angelique co-founded Our Father's Daughters in July 2013, focusing on empowering girls and young women of color through mentorship and education. Previous roles include Managing Director of Human Relations and Communications at A Second Chance, Inc., and Brand, Marketing & Communications Strategist at Auberle. Angelique has also held various positions in communications, content marketing, and public relations at A Second Chance, Inc., Urban Impact Foundation, and HOMEWOOD CHILDREN'S VILLAGE. Angelique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Duquesne University and a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management from Liberty University.
