Emma Thomas

Emma Thomas has a solid work experience history, starting in 2002 with a role as a Marketing Specialist at the Santa Barbara Conference & Visitors Bureau. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Griplock Systems, LLC, where they served as a Marketing and Key Accounts professional, handling various responsibilities such as email marketing campaigns, collateral design, trade show management, website maintenance, and account management. Following that, Emma worked as a People Operations Manager at UpGuard from 2014 to 2017. Emma then joined Marvel Marketers as an HR Generalist from March 2018 to December 2018. Currently, they are working at Propel, where they initially held the position of Head of People from January 2019 to June 2021 before being promoted to the role of Director of People Operations, starting in June 2021.

Emma Thomas attended De Anza College from 1995 to 1998, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Education. From 1998 to 2000, they studied at UC Santa Barbara, majoring in English.
