Rachel Zuraw

Rachel Zuraw has a strong background in people operations and analytics. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Scout Motors Inc. Prior to their current role, they were the Senior Director of People Operations at Caribou. Rachel's experience also includes various roles at Vox Media, LLC, where they served as the Senior Director of People Operations and the Director of Analytics, People & Culture. Before Vox Media, they worked at Opower as the Director of Analytics and held progressive roles in analytics at GEICO. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, implementing compensation management tools, and utilizing analytics to drive business decisions.

Rachel Zuraw earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math & Computer Science from Emory University from 1997 to 2001.
