Erin Gracyalny, CCSM, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Erin is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Propel since July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Nitro, Inc. from January 2021 to July 2021.

Erin has extensive experience in customer success management. Erin worked at Egnyte from July 2017 to January 2021, initially as a Customer Engagement Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager - EMEA. In their role at Egnyte, Erin maintained relationships with existing EMEA-based customers, managed deployments, and developed strategic success plans. Erin also participated in business reviews, resolved customer issues, and advocated for product improvements.

Before entering the tech industry, Erin had experience in the non-profit sector as a Volunteer Center Coordinator at Second Harvest Inland Northwest from August 2015 to May 2016. Erin also worked as a Spokane Local City Coordinator at Uber from April 2015 to August 2015.

Erin began their career as a Support Specialist at Second Harvest Inland Northwest from August 2012 to May 2015. Erin also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Brooks Resources Corporation from May 2014 to August 2014. Their earliest work experience was as a Physical Therapy Aide/Receptionist at TheraSport Northwest from August 2011 to August 2012.

Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated their ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage deployments, resolve issues, and advocate for customer needs. Their experience in the tech industry and non-profit sector brings a valuable perspective to their current role as a Customer Success Manager.

Erin Gracyalny attended West Valley High School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Education. Erin then pursued higher education at Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Erin Gracyalny has obtained several certifications in customer success management. Erin obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in December 2020. Subsequently, they achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification in June 2021, followed by the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 3 certification in July 2021. Most recently, in December 2021, they obtained the highest level of certification, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 4, also from SuccessHACKER.
