Paolo Battaglini

Paolo Battaglini has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 30 years of experience. Paolo currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Propel since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Better.com from January 2021 to October 2022. Paolo also worked as the VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Zuora from March 2016 to January 2021. In addition, Paolo served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Zuora Inc. for a brief period in April 2020. Before joining Zuora, they held the role of VP Finance/Corporate Controller at Actuate Corporation, which was later acquired by OpenText Corporation in 2015. Paolo began their career as an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen and later worked as a Corporate Finance Senior at Oracle Corporation. Paolo'sextensive experience includes various responsibilities such as financial planning and analysis, merger and acquisitions, revenue recognition, SEC reporting, and budgeting and forecasting. Paolo has a proven track record of success, including leading successful IPOs and secondary offerings, implementing financial systems, and supporting subsidiary growth.

Paolo Battaglini completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Santa Clara University from 1986 to 1990. Paolo then pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to their university education, Paolo attended Serra High School from 1982 to 1986, where they completed their high school degree.
