Caren Botha

Caren Botha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Caren currently holds the position of General Manager at Propelair, starting in February 2021. Prior to this, Caren worked as the Regional Head MCS Chilled Water Gauteng and Product Manager LGE at MCS Chiller Water & Imperial Airconditioning from January 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining MCS Chiller Water, Caren worked as a Business Development Manager at LG Electronics South Africa from July 2019 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing account sales strategies and managing the product/service mix, pricing, and margins.

Caren's experience also includes a role as an Area Sales Manager at UTC Climate, Controls & Security from March 2018 to June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Sales Manager - HVAC at Baltimore Aircoil Company from November 2014 to February 2018.

Prior to their roles in the HVAC industry, Caren served as the Branch Manager at Intramech Pty Ltd from July 2010 to October 2014. Caren's career began at the Singapore Trade Development Board/Sunland International Pty Ltd, where they worked as a Trade Secretary/Import and Exports from September 1995 to October 1997. Their responsibilities included general secretarial duties, inquiries regarding Singapore, and arranging trade delegations' itineraries and meetings.

Caren Botha completed their Matric (Grade 12) at High School Oos Moot from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they attended Technicon Pretoria from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a National Diploma in Computer Data Processing.
