Reju Pillai

Reju Pillai has worked in the sales and operations field for over 20 years. In 2021, they began as Sales Manager-GCC REGION for Propelair. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as Sales Head-Mep Insulations for Middle East Insulation/Resolco, overseeing the insulation department, Dubai and GCC market, and tendering projects. From 2015 to 2016, they were Sales Head for Nasser Rashid Lootah Trading. From 2007 to 2015, they were Operations Manager for Bait al Bahrain building materials and contractors, handling store sales, operations, and P&L accountability, recruiting new employees, and target setting. From 2000 to 2007, they were Sales Manager and Material Controller for Bait Al Bahrain Trading and Contractors, responsible for stock flow, tracking slow moving stock, store team management, inventory management, and customer service delivery. Reju also held the role of Business Development Executive during this time.
