Gudbjørg Egge Paulsen

Gudbjørg Egge Paulsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gudbjørg currently holds the position of COO og prosjektleder at Propell.ai, starting from March 2021. Prior to this, Gudbjørg worked at Visma from October 2018 to February 2021 as a Prosjektleder, where their main responsibilities included system implementation and project management. Gudbjørg also implemented project management methodology based on PRINCE2 and served as the QMS coordinator.

Before their time at Visma, Gudbjørg worked as an IKT Rådgiver at HELSETJENESTENS DRIFTSORGANISASJON FOR NØDNETT HF from June 2018 to October 2018. Gudbjørg also had a long tenure at ADITRO, where they held various roles. Gudbjørg worked as a Prosjektleder & Lean spesialist from January 2013 to May 2018, overseeing incident management projects and serving as the Nordic leader for Service Desk. From February 2012 to January 2013, they were the Director Service Desk Nordic, responsible for budgeting, reporting, and personnel. Gudbjørg also served as a Lean Navigator from May 2010 to February 2012 and as a Team Leader, Personec Support from September 2008 to April 2010.

Prior to ADITRO, Gudbjørg worked as a Kvalitetsleder and Prosjektleder at Hadeland Energi Bredbånd AS from August 2006 to August 2008. Gudbjørg also gained experience at Hewlett-Packard Norge AS, where they held various roles such as Channel Manager, Program Manager, and Material Planner from July 1997 to August 2006.

Gudbjørg Egge Paulsen has a diverse education history. Gudbjørg completed their Master of management kurs in Nyskapning og kommersialisering at BI Norwegian Business School from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a course in Kommunikasjon og lederskap at Dale Carnegie in 2009-2010. Gudbjørg also holds a Videregående Skole degree in Marketing from Roa videregående skole (1990-1993) and completed their primary education at Solvang from 1981 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained PRINCE2 Agile foundation from PeopleCert in February 2021, PRINCE2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017, and Dale Carnegie Course: Kommunikasjon og lederskap from Dale Carnegie Training in February 2009.
