Oscar Guzman is a seasoned software developer with a robust background in backend and full stack development, specializing in HR technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Developer at Propelus since January 2023, Oscar is dedicated to innovating technological advancements that enhance efficiency and growth within the HR team. Prior experience includes roles at Condor Labs, where Oscar progressed from Full Stack Web Developer to Engineering Lead, implementing new functionalities and leading a team within the HR division. Additional experiences at HoyTrabajas and ZonaWiki focused on developing web applications using Ruby on Rails and React. Oscar holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad del Tolima and a Technology degree in Computer Programming from Universidad de Caldas.
