Carolina Saavedra Muñoz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Innovaciones saludables S.A.S, where they generated revenue reports, analyzed market trends, and managed sales strategies. In 2016, Carolina joined Deloitte as an Audit & Assurance Assistant, performing internal control testing, auditing financial statements, and consolidating financial statements until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Vopak, initially as a Finance Analyst, where they participated in month-end closing reports, controlled annual budgets, and generated reports for governmental entities. Later, they took on the role of Oracle Cloud Key User, leading ERP implementation and performing general ledger mapping. Carolina also worked as an Accountant, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciling general ledger accounts. Since 2021, Carolina has been working at Proper as a BTF General Accountant, where they perform the audit process for Real State clients, clears financial diagnostic issues, and fixes accounting data mismatches. Carolina was recently promoted to the role of BTF Senior Accountant.

Carolina Saavedra Muñoz completed their Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with a specialization in Finance from Universidad del Norte from the year 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued Intermediate English at Centro cultural Colombo Americano from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Carolina has obtained several certifications. In December 2022, they acquired the Quickbooks Online International Certification from QuickBooks Online Professional. Furthermore, in June 2021, they completed courses in "Creating a Business Plan" and "Master Your Cash Flow" from LinkedIn.
