Showroom Concierge (part-time) In Washington DC

At Proper Cloth we strive to deliver an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers in both of our New York Showrooms. These showrooms are fast-paced and busy, but it is also critical to maintain a level of luxury and offer the ultimate experience for our clients.  As our Part-Time Showroom Concierge for new Showroom in DC, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our dedicated team of Showroom Client Advisors. Your role is crucial in ensuring every customer feels warmly welcomed, embodying the values and culture of Proper Cloth at all times. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Check in customers
• Answer showroom calls
• Process returns
• Manage tailoring services
• Maintain showroom standards/appearance
