Dennis Novak has over 17 years of experience in the retail industry. From 2022 to present, they have been the Head of Showrooms at Proper Cloth. From 2016 to 2022, they held the roles of Regional Director East Coast, Regional Manager East, District Manager, and Area Manager at rag & bone. From 2013 to 2016, they were a District Manager at Lucky Brand. From 2005 to 2013, they were a District Manager Central for West Elm at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Dennis Novak attended Bowling Green State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
