Madeline Zwickl

Madeline Zwickl has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Retail Associate at Aeropostale, Inc. in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Photography Intern at SUNY New Paltz. In 2018, they began working at Proper Cloth as an Operations Intern, eventually taking on the role of Operations Associate. In this role, they assessed and identified supply and stocking deficiencies, implemented a new mitigation process, co-led the onsite covid transition plan, handled escalated Tier 2 cases, sought out a sustainability partner, built relationships with four unique courier services, ordered new equipment and supplies, and worked with the customer service team. In 2020, Madeline was promoted to Operations Manager, where they counted, sorted, organized, and shipped out all the stocked products for their Soho Showroom location and orders from the website, managed and maintained an organized warehouse, and added 177 new parent products to the warehouse.

Madeline Zwickl received their High School Diploma from Warwick Valley High School in 2014, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from SUNY New Paltz in 2018.
