Sarah Paolantonio

Sarah Paolantonio is currently the Store & Catering Lead at Proper Food, managing house accounts and catering orders for the New York market. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions such as Assistant Manager at R&D Foods and Shift Lead at Brooklyn Roasting Company. With a background in writing and journalism, Sarah has also worked as a Contributing Writer at Albumism. Sarah holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Nonfiction Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and a BS in Television-Radio concentration in Audio Production from Ithaca College.
