Bill Manto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering within the manufacturing sector. Since March 2016, Bill has been serving as a Program Manager at Proper Group International. Previously, Bill held roles such as Tooling Engineer and Program Manager at Complete Prototype Services, where responsibilities included overseeing production and prototype injection molds. Bill's career began in engineering roles at Radiance Mold and Engineering, where Bill quoted various types of molds and managed tooling processes. Bill also gained significant leadership experience at Corver Engineering, advancing from Crew Leader to Manager of the Boring Mill Department, overseeing workflow and employee performance in a production setting. Bill holds an Associate's degree in Engineering from Macomb Community College.
