Prior to this role, Payton founded BlueBoys Marketing Agency and gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Convention Strategy Group. Additional work experience includes serving as Landscape Manager at Challenger Landscaping and Administrative Assistant at Tri-County Abstract Title and Guaranty. Payton earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management/Marketing from Montana State University-Bozeman.
