Claims Team

The Claims Team at Proper Insurance® is responsible for managing and processing insurance claims related to short-term vacation rental properties. This includes assessing damages, determining coverage, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely resolution for policyholders. Led by the Director of Claims, the team of Claims Adjusters works diligently to provide support and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the claims process.
